Is Cheating a Problem?

The research indicates that almost everyone has cheated at one time or another, and some surveys reveal more than 90% of students polled admitted to cheating at least once in their academic lives. Cheating seems to peak in high school and slowly decline in post-secondary education. However, it seems ubiquitous at all levels.
